As the company was granted the ISO 14001 environment management certificate, it was granted the German aid to supply and operate the manufacturing waste treatment equipment as well as the air cleaning devices at the production warehouses to turn the production into an environment friendly process, totally safe for both the community and the company's employees.

In line with the company's intention to support these international growth levels, the company shows special interest in the research and development operations; as the expenses in this activity are being 15% of the company's sales. This aims at matching the fast international development in the paints sector. |

A computer based car paint mixing system has been newly set; which is the most recent technology used in car paints. Hence, Egypt practically established its own place among the exporting countries of such product that has been exclusive to the United States and the European Union. |

The mixing system of water based car paints has been developed to meet the enforced environmental laws in the European Union. This new system shall start as of mid 2007 and the product passed the local empirical stages at many service centers and is currently under trial in the foreign markets.
